My real estate journey started in 2018, but my path to manufactured housing was anything but a straight line.

After selling a retail business and a laundromat, I relocated to North Carolina in 2022 and started building a portfolio the traditional way: multifamily rentals, land flips, wholesaling. It was good business, but something was missing. Then I bought my first mobile home park, and everything changed. I fell in love with the manufactured housing space in a way I had not expected.

In late 2023, a fellow investor introduced me to the land-home package model: buying land, placing a brand new manufactured home, and building real equity from the ground up. I got licensed as a North Carolina Manufactured Home Dealer in early 2024 and jumped in headfirst. That first project was a crash course in what not to do. We made nearly every mistake in the book and still walked away with a profit that told me everything I needed to know.

I burned the ships. I stopped wholesaling. I stopped hunting multifamily deals. I walked away from land flips. I went all in on manufactured housing.

Over the next 24 months, I completed 12 land-home package projects across North Carolina and broke ground on my first subdivision. By late 2025, I shifted focus toward the dealership side of the business with one clear mission: help other investors and builders access the same opportunity I found. That is what DropShip MH is built around.
